Research reports contain the detailed findings of a wide range of transportation-related research projects. These projects are funded through and administered by MnDOT Research Services and the Local Road Research Board.
Technical Summaries are concise, two-page summaries of research reports that highlight the purpose, background and findings of selected
research projects.
Transportation research syntheses are a type of literature review that synthesizes technical and/or policy information on a specific research topic. They can be either summaries of completed and in-progress research on a subject or reports on practices used in other states. A TRS can serve as a useful starting point for anyone who's interested in learning more about a transportation issue.

The annual report documents MnDOT's Research Services and Library activities for the year, highlighting key accomplishments and providing a wealth of information about research projects, products and services.
The At-A-Glance serves as a smaller, more concise version of the report, summarizing key facts, listing research projects and providing staff contact information.
