Social media requests
If you would like to request social media content, please complete our Social Media Intake Form. The team will review your request and set up a meeting to follow up. This meeting will help us better understand your goals and determine whether social media is the right fit.
Important: Submitting a request does not guarantee social media content. After our discussion, the social media team will decide if, how and where your request can best be supported.
For paid social media advertising requests, please review the Paid social amplification rubric to see if your content meets our requirements.
Timing: The timelines below represent the minimum lead time needed to assess and support your request.
- Organic (non-paid, in-feed content) posts: Submit at least 2 weeks before your target publish date
- Calendar events: Submit at least 5 business days before your target publish date
- Paid ads: Submit at least 2 weeks before your target launch date
- Larger campaigns (multiple posts over a longer period of time): May require 4+ weeks
Getting the social media team involved early leads to stronger outcomes. Please feel free to include us in your initial communications planning meetings so we can assess whether social media is needed and help shape the strategy.
