Pre-Advertisement Meeting, Digital Delivery Pilot Project Model Demo
MnDOT District 2 will host a pre-advertisement meeting to demonstrate the 3D digital delivery model for SP 6304-15. The demonstration will show prospective bidders how to utilize the Building Information Modeling (BIM)-based model. The pilot project will have a six-week advertisement, with a publication date of Feb. 25, 2026. A subsequent pre-bid meeting will be held on March 31, 2026 prior to the letting on April 8, 2026.

Bid Express
All bids must be submitted electronically via Bid Express. New bidders should allow a few days to acquire a SWIFT vendor number, create an account and digital ID with Bid Express for electronic bidding.
Contract Award and Contract Approval
Contract Award and Contract Approval are made electronically via Bid Express. Awarded bidders must have notifications turned on within their accounts to receive Notice of Contract Award and Notice of Contract Approval.
