Employee Resource Groups

Groups of MnDOT employees, often from traditionally underrepresented groups, meet to support each other in the workplace and to aid the organization in four focus areas: professional development, recruitment, retention, and community outreach.

All groups are open to any employee — whether a member of the identified group or an ally.

Government Affairs, Tribal Relations

MnDOT Government Affairs staff work with the state legislature, Congress, tribal groups and transportation interest groups to develop and support policies that will improve MnDOT's operation and services. We also assist policy makers with transportation-related decisions and respond to inquires from constituents.
