Maintenance Manual
The Maintenance Manual provides guidance on many aspects of highway maintenance. Mn/DOT's Maintenance Operations Section develops and distributes maintenance practice and procedural guidance and provides an audit/oversight function for statewide maintenance operations. This includes policy development and/or review and operational guidance. The primary methods used for documenting practices and procedures are the Maintenance Manual and Maintenance Bulletins.
