  • Update pedestrian approaches, crossings
  • Install new signal system at Highland Scenic Dr. (Co. Rd. 48) and restripe the crossing

Note: The city of Baxter has completed extensive pedestrian walks and bicycle connections along the Hwy 210 corridor and frontage road system between Baxter Dr. and Knollwood Dr. includes crosswalks and pedestrian signals.
