Minnesota Workforce 2027 Training program
MnDOT requests responses to create a hands-on, four- to six-week highway construction training program to prepare individuals who are underrepresented in the industry or are otherwise disadvantaged for entry level opportunities in the trades. The overall goal of the program is to serve as a highway heavy workforce pipeline for MnDOT construction projects.
