Soils
The Twin Cities Metro District Soils Engineering unit is responsible for conducting geotechnical (soils and pavement) investigations to determine existing soil conditions. The soil boring information is used by soils engineers to make grading, base, and pavement design recommendations, which are used by our project designers to assemble construction plans.
