  • Room 14 has table top data projector
  • Wireless microphone systems in rooms 1, 4 and 10

Computers

  • Computers use CD-rom, DVD, memory sticks or USB
  • Data projector cord for laptop/tablet use
  • Software includes:
    • MS Suite
    • PowerPoint
    • Word
    • Excel
    • Internet Explorer
    • Outlook Web Access (Note: Outlook client is not available on the kiosks or on classroom computers. Only Outlook Web Access is available for employees to access their email.)

Food/beverages

  • No on-site food service/cafeteria — but coffee, pop, snack vending machines are available, as well as a break room located on lower level
  • Clients may bring in their own refreshments/lunch or have any items catered by a vendor of their choice. View/print catering information (PDF 0.5 MB)
  • Clients may request to use MnDOT's Training Conference Center coffee pot, but must bring their own coffee, coffee cups, cream and sugar
