The Twin Ports Interchange Project will help create a safe and welcoming environment and explore opportunities to celebrate the rich and diverse history, culture, and distinct natural features of the Lincoln Park neighborhood.

The achieve this vision, the project will use local materials, implement designs evoking the community character and artisan history, utilize natural colors, and provide opportunities for local public art. Walls, bridges, and railings will reinforce the vernacular of Lincoln Park but while still self-identifying as a unique neighborhood in the City of Duluth.
