Following a public open house to share information on the Hwy 60 Windom pilot project, MnDOT will attend the Windom City Council meeting to seek a resolution to approve the project layout. This is part of the Municipal Consent process, given the need for permanent right-of-way for new traffic signals at 10th St. and 6th St., and restriping to 3 lanes as a pilot for a future reconstruction.
