Hwy 10 and 23—St. Cloud

Interchange east of the Mississippi River in Benton County

Warning rough road surface

Map of alternate route for Hwy 10 via Hwy 15, I-94 and Hwy 24.

Avoid the rough road surface.

  • Local traffic: Seek alternate routes
  • Through traffic: Use alternate route along Hwy 15, I-94 to Clearwater and Hwy 24 back to Hwy 10 in Clear Lake

Current impacts

Through early May

The current road surface on Hwy 10 and Hwy 23 is extremely rough. Potholes have formed and the asphalt has crumbled due to age and reoccurring freeze/thaw cycles. Our maintenance crews have been out there patching, but unfortunately, the pavement will not hold until temperatures improve.

  • Note: MnDOT will repair the road surface in areas, prior to mainline construction

In the meantime, we ask that you drive slowly with caution or seek alternate routes. Thanks for your patience and understanding.
