ICE study

MnDOT conducted an intersection safety study at the Hwy 53/Hwy 102 and Hwy 53/18th Street North intersections in Virginia. No intersection changes will be occurring as a part of this project.

Starting on Hwy 53 in Virginia, 0.25 miles west of 2nd Avenue West to 0.1 miles north of the wayside rest, plus 3 ramps at Hwy 169 east intersection and 4 ramps at Hwy 169 west intersection.
