You may add an additional link to the disclaimer page www.mndot.gov/information/disclaimer.html, but do not develop separate disclaimers or other legal notices unless approved by MnDOT's Office of Chief Counsel.

If your pages are hosted on a separate server, please contact the web team for information about how to link to the most current disclaimer.

Records retention and data practices

The website is not MnDOT’s official records repository or an information archive.
