Contractors, trucking companies and other vendors need SWIFT IDs

Minnesota requires all vendors working on a MnDOT project to register and obtain a SWIFT Vendor ID.

MnDOT vendor number required for trucking companies

With the advent of WT CRLMS (WebTrnsport Civil Rights Labor Management System) and SWIFT (Statewide Integrated Financial Tools), trucking companies are now required to obtain a MnDOT vendor number, which can be accomplished by completing the Trucking Company/Vendor Form (Word, 47 KB) and submitting it along with all required documentation to:

Minnesota Department of Transportation

Labor Compliance Unit

395 John Ireland Blvd, Mail Stop 650

St. Paul, MN 55155-1899

MnDOT contractors are encouraged to ask trucking companies working on MnDOT jobs to obtain a vendor number as soon as possible to avoid last minute rush.
