- Looks like they are giving us the new “camouflage” special surface finish!
- Historic Photograph—It is no longer allowed to spray paint or cementitious coatings over the water without some kind of containment.
- Has the top of this wall been ground, rubbed, and sprayed with special surface finish — or has the bottom?
- A lot of people did a good job here — the formwork and rustication installed right, good concrete poured right, cured right, ground and rubbed right, even the first coat of SSF sprayed on right.
