Approved suppliers for fabricated structural metals products
The following list is for approved suppliers for fabricated structural metals products. MnDOT’s Standard Specifications for Construction, current edition, requires that all suppliers of structural metals products have an approved quality manual. The QM describes in detail, the methods, equipment, processes, inspection, and testing done by the supplier to ensure products meet the contract requirements. QMs are required to be written in accordance with the MnDOT Supplier Qualification Standard (PDF). Approved suppliers will be routinely audited to ensure compliance to their quality control program. Structural metals products or components supplied by a non-approved supplier shall be considered unacceptable and unauthorized work in accordance with specification 1512.
