About this project
In 2026, roundabouts will be constructed at two state highway intersections with Nicollet County Road 5 (Fort Road). Funding to construct the two roundabout was awarded from the High Risk Rural Roads program to improve safety at rural highway intersections.
Summary of work
- Construct a single-lane roundabout at the Hwy 15/Fort Road and Hwy 111/Fort Road intersection
- Install intersection lighting
- Install snow fence at Hwy 111/Fort Road
- Update drainage
