About this project
Summary of work
Construction of an interchange at Highway 14 and Olmsted County Road 44 is scheduled to being in 2026. A bridge will also be built over Highway 14 at 7th Street NW in Rochester. Work is expected to be completed in 2027.
Olmsted County is leading the project.
