About this project
During this project, I-90 will be resurfaced from Austin to Dexter. Work also includes improving exit and entrance ramps.
2025 work
Construction started May 19 and was completed in September.
- Resurfaced westbound I-90
- 28th St. NE in Austin to 0.4 miles east of Hwy 16 near Dexter
- Resurfaced and improved westbound I-90 exit and entrance ramps
2028-2029 work
- Resurface eastbound I-90
- 28th St. NE in Austin to 0.4 miles east of Hwy 16 near Dexter
- Resurface and improve eastbound I-90 exit and entrance ramps
- Remove and replace box culverts at Rose Creek
