Project details
In 2027, the Minnesota Department of Transportation will make improvements along Highway 113 in Waubun to improve walkability and accessibility for pedestrians and bicyclists.
Project elements
- Install and replace sidewalks along Highway 113 between First Street and Highway 59
- Add sidewalk east of Highway 59 for pedestrian access to the gas station
- Eliminate parking in front of the school
- Construct bump outs at various crossings
