Current traffic impacts
- Traffic is currently head-to-head through the project area. Please travel with care.
- Starting June 23 until August: Westbound off-ramp at Exit 82 near Evansville closed to all travelers to allow crews to reconstruct the deceleration lane and pave westbound I-94 near the ramp.
- Detour: Use Exit 90 near Brandon and follow the alternate route toward Evansville and/or Highway 79.
Project details
In 2026, the Minnesota Department of Transportation will resurface the westbound lanes on Interstate 94 from Highway 79 near Evansville to the Grant/Otter Tail county line (approximately near the County Road 26 overpass).
