Specifics for this Brainerd project
- Upgrade or add new pedestrian sidewalks and street/entrance approaches; includes wider sidewalks on the Mississippi River bridge
- Connect the Cuyuna Lakes Trail on east end of project
- Update signal systems with accessible features—verbal messages, audio tones and vibrating surfaces
