Description: This is a 2 day TTC Plan Development Course designed to enable the participants to obtain an understanding of the fundamental concepts and MnDOT standard practices related to the design of temporary traffic control plans for MnDOT let projects. Participants will receive a MnDOT Traffic Control Design Manual that serves as a reference and contains links to appropriate documents used in the development of a TTC Plan. Audience: MnDOT, City, County, Contractor, and Consultant Personnel involved in the management of temporary traffic control plans.
