This website will help contractors find pre-approved products that have been verified as acceptable for use on Mn/DOT projects.
The application procedure, forms, specifications and the approval processes vary between products. Please refer to the documents for your specific product by using the links to your left.
Once you submit your product, Mn/DOT will review your application. Your product will be added to the list once it's approved.
Products may be removed from the APL/QPL if justifiable concerns arise as to their quality or safety. Questions or comments should be directed to the Product Evaluation Coordinator for the particular product category.
All products must meet standards and specifications to be qualified for use. However, certain products may only be listed as 'qualified' since they still require further sample testing before they are approved, and eligible for use. Also see definitions.
