Description: This is a two-day Pavement Markings Design and Application Course designed to enable the participants to obtain an understanding of the fundamental concepts and MnDOT standard practices related to the design of pavement markings within the State of Minnesota. Participants will develop a pavement marking plan from the preliminary stage to letting point. Participants will also obtain an understanding of field and maintenance operations (including inspection and spotting).
Audience: State, county, city, contractors and consultant personnel responsible for developing the plan sheets for the pavement marking portion of a design plan.
