Hwy 316 through Hastings
Description: Examines traffic through the City of Hastings and the effects of providing a new roadway along the southern edge of the city. This new road would allow through traffic to bypass the existing segment of Hwy 316, which runs through a highly developed part of Hastings, and would reorient this traffic along a roadway network better suited for higher volumes.
