What you need to provide to the unit

  • Completed utility plan sheets that meet the requirements of the project
  • Project Manager Certification
  • Coordination with utility owners that have facilities on your project according to the Utilities Manual
  • Review of utility permit applications
  • Relocation completion dates for affected utilities
  • Reviewed utility relocation plans, estimates, and property rights documents (when applicable) for utility agreements
