Land Management
The MnDOT Office of Land Management (OLM) acquires right of way for program delivery and provides a wide range of real estate services, utility agreements and permits, high accuracy surveys, GPS correction services, right of way maps, aerial photography and photogrammetric maps to primarily support planning and design of MnDoT projects.
The mission of Land Management is to provide surveying, mapping, utility agreements, valuation, acquisition and disposition of property for program delivery clientele to assure legal, timely and standardized land management services.
