I-494 Airport to Hwy 169

Purpose
The Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) has set a future vision of E-ZPass lanes in both directions between US 169 and MSP airport, turbine interchange design at I494 and 35W, and access changes between Lyndale Avenue and 24th Avenue. This vision will be constructed in phases, with the first phase set to begin construction in the Spring of 2023. The first phase of construction includes E-ZPass between Hwy 100 and I35W, turbine interchange at I494 and I35W, and access changes between Lyndale Avenue and 24th Avenue.
