Vulnerable Road User Safety Assessment (VRUSA)

On November 15, 2021, President Biden signed the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL), setting the next five years of federal infrastructure investments. As part of the BIL, there is a requirement that each State complete a Vulnerable Road User Safety Assessment (VRUSA) within two years of enactment due November 15, 2023.
