State Aid is pleased to announce that Tom Prew has accepted the permanent position of State Aid Project Development Engineer. This position in the federal aid section of State Aid exists to provide oversight of the environmental process delegated to the Local Public Agencies for projects funded through the FHWA. Tom will assist LPAs in developing and processing local road, bridge, safety and enhancement project environmental documentation and will have delegated authority to approve Categorical Exclusion documents consistent with our programmatic agreement with FHWA.
