Awarded 2025 Greater Minnesota HSIP projects

The 2025 Greater Minnesota federal local Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP) Solicitation Awarded 50 projects for over $22.7 million.
There were 68 applications received for the 2025 HSIP solicitation, which opened on September 12, 2025, and closed on November 27, 2025. The HSIP Committee composed of one city engineer, one county engineer, MnDOT State Aid and MnDOT Office of Traffic Engineering staffs reviewed these applications, scored and was able to award 50 projects in February 2026.
The summary below shows the number of projects awarded by Area Transportation Partnership (ATP) and the types of projects funded.
