State Aid Finance is happy to announce Robin Sterzinger has accepted the role of State Aid Accounting Supervisor, effective December 31, 2025. Robin has been part of MnDOT since 2019, serving as the State Aid Accounting Training Administrator and Federal Aid Program Coordinator. Prior to joining MnDOT, she worked for Lincoln County as a Financial Accountant and as Highway Accountant/Office Manager in the Highway Department.
We'd also would like to congratulate Cindy Degener on her retirement, and for her many years of dedicated service as the State Aid Accounting Supervisor. Cindy’s expertise and commitment have been invaluable to MnDOT, and her contributions will leave a lasting impact. We wish her all the best in her well-deserved retirement!
