Reminder: submit your FY 2025 pavement software reimbursement

Last year, the MCEA Pavement Committee in collaboration with State Aid launched a reimbursement program to support counties in adopting pavement management software—an essential tool for evaluating pavement conditions and guiding preservation decisions. This reimbursement is available every fiscal year (FY) through an application process.
Counties can be reimbursed up to $1,000 for pavement management software purchased during FY 2025. To receive reimbursement, counties must submit a completed application form along with proof of purchase (copy must show proof of payment).
To qualify:
- The purchase date must be after July 24, 2024
- Submit the completed reimbursement form and paid invoice by July 31, 2025
The reimbursement program will continue for FY 2026, covering eligible purchases made between July 1, 2025 and June 30, 2026.
