Traffic crash reporting changes and MnCMAT demonstration
By: Loren Hill, Traffic Safety Engineer
State Aid is offering a presentation regarding recent legislative changes in crash reporting by law enforcement, and the real and potential effects of these changes. It will include a discussion of efforts to mitigate the effect of the changes. It is important that users of the crash data are aware of these changes. This will be an interactive session with feedback solicited from attendees.
In addition, there will a demonstration of the Minnesota Crash Mapping Analysis Tool (MnCMAT). It will include displaying the capabilities of the application for potential new users. It will also highlight recent enhancements for those already using the application. This will also be an interactive session to answer questions and solicit ideas for potential enhancements. This webinar offered on two different dates. The content presented in each session will be the same and attendees would only need to attend one of these sessions.
