Multilane Roundabouts
Multilane roundabouts are designated by signs and pavement markings to direct drivers into the appropriate lanes.
You choose your lane the same way you would in a traditional intersection:
- To go straight or right use the right lane
- To go straight, left, or to make a U-turn, use the left lane
There are a few key things to remember when driving roundabouts:
- Yield to drivers already in the roundabouts
- Stay in your lane; do not change lanes
- Do not stop in the roundabout
- Avoid driving next to oversize vehicles
