Utility Coordination prepared statements
All construction plans must include the utility quality level note:
The subsurface utility information in this plan is utility quality level ___. This utility quality level was determined according to the guidelines of CI/ASCE 38-22, entitled, “Standard Guidelines for Investigating and Documenting Existing Utilities.”
If there are any power lines in the project limits that are 69kV or greater, list that voltage.
If there is a large pipeline facility located in the project construction limits include a note that says:
WARNING: ____ (Petroleum) products pipeline present.
