Interstate Access Requests/Interstate Modification Requests comment resolution matrix template
Steps 31 through 33 of the IAR/IAMR process include using a comment resolution matrix to document comments from MnDOT and FHWA review, plus the project manager’s response to each comment. A template for the comment resolution matrix is offered below. In the first row, please overwrite the placeholders with the SP number, Interstate highway number, crossroad name, and concise description of your project. Also in the first row, please change “Interstate Access Request/Interstate Access Modification Request” to just one or the other of those terms depending on your project.
