Pre-Qualified MSE Wall Systems with a Segmental Precast Concrete Panel/Blocks Facing
- All panels are fabricated with wetcast concrete.
- The pre-qualification of MSE wall system shall not be regarded as final design acceptance.
- All systems shall meet the requirements of Technical Memorandum No. 19-02-B-01 (PDF).
