Our American Disabilities Act (ADA) Small Business Opportunity Program grows the pool of Targeted Group Business (TGB), Veteran-Owned Business (VET), Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), and other small businesses capable of performing ADA construction and inspection according to MnDOT standards and specifications.

This program works with district staff, specialty offices, and other partners to identify ADA work and administer contracts well suited to local small businesses across Minnesota.
