Policy statement

MnDOT will participate in the cost of cooperative bridge widening beyond repair or rehabilitation of existing trunk highway/interstate facilities as determined for each functional element of the bridge.

Reason for retiring the policy

This policy, guideline and procedure have been superseded by the “Cost
Participation for Funding Cooperative Transportation and Maintenance Responsibilities,” between MnDOT and local units of government, MnDOT policy FM0011.
