Policy statement

This policy has been developed to determine the extent to which trunk highway funds may be expended, and when local units of government funds are necessary, for elements of a cooperative construction project.

Reason for retiring the policy

This policy and guideline have been superseded by the “Cost Participation for Funding Cooperative Transportation and Maintenance Responsibilities,” between MnDOT and local units of government, MnDOT policy FM0011.
