Policy Statement

MnDOT management fully adopts the state policy on “AIDS and State Employment” issued by Minnesota Management & Budget (MMB) in July 1999.

Reason for retiring policy

In 2012, the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) adopted the state policy on “AIDS and State Employment” issued by Minnesota Management & Budget (MMB) in July 1999. MMB retired their policy in December 2014. This policy is no longer relevant.
