Reason for retiring policy
Minnesota Management and Budget combined the enterprise “Code of Ethics” and “Code of Conduct” policies into one “Code of Ethical Conduct” Policy. MnDOT has revised its Code of Ethics policy to adopt MMB’s enterprise policy, included the provisions of this policy, and renamed it as the Code of Ethical Conduct (#WF008). Therefore, this policy is no longer needed.
