Policy statement

Use of MnDOT electronic communication and technology shall not create or increase security risk, need for IT support, or legal liability. The likelihood and severity of each of these factors shall be balanced with business need.

Reason for retiring the policy

The Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) fully adopts the updated state policy, Statewide Policy; Appropriate Use of Electronic Communication and Technology , DM001.
