We will be making improvements to Hwy 10 between just west of Edison St. in Elk River and just east of Armstrong Blvd. Northwest in Ramsey in 2027. More information will be provided as details become available.
Summary of work
- Repave Hwy 10 between just west of Edison St. in Elk River and just east of Armstrong Blvd. Northwest in Ramsey
- Construct J-turns at the following locations along Hwy 10:
- Cleveland St./Ramsey St.
- Alpine Dr.
- Beatty St.
- Build new trails
- Accessibility improvements
