Project purpose, benefits
To improve TH 14 in the manner specified in the turnback agreement with Waseca and Steele Counties prior to changing the jurisdiction of the roadway. Work includes milling, concrete overlay, reclaiming shoulders, and culvert repair. From the interchange between old Hwy 14 and new Hwy 14 west of Janesville to the west limits of Owatonna, excepting the segments in Janesville and Waseca.
