Rulemaking for Special Transportation Services, Chapter 8840
The comment period for changes to the rules regarding Special Transportation Services (STS) has closed. No public hearing will be held, as fewer than 25 people requested a hearing. The Department will submit the rules to the Office of Administrative Hearings for approval and plans to publish notice of adoption in the spring of 2023.
