Mechanically Stabilized Earth (MSE) Type Walls and Special Design Embankments 

When installing utilities near these structures, special care must be taken. It is possible that no utilities will be allowed in and around these walls and embankments. For the Metro District, maps have been developed to show where these items exist. Please review these areas, and be aware that restriction for utility placement may exist.

A list of the Counties and the numbers assigned to them, used for project designations.
Example: Anoka County is 02, so State projects numbers that begin with 02 would be in Anoka County.
